What exercise would help me do more breakdancing ex. Cricket, Elbow freeze, etc.
Which part of my body do I need to build muscle the most to hold myself up for freezing and such?

full body son. You use upperbody and lowerbody strenghth. Do a full body lifting routine that should help you out.
Bench Press
Power Cleans
Squats
Military Press
You can also do curls for bigger arms but thats optional. Other than that its kinda like football you can have the biggest strongest person on your team but they might still suck at football. Sooo it really has to do with the person not muscles. My cousin bboys he wasnt all that strong when he first started.

i believe you just need to keep practicing the freeze, keep trying to do the freeze then you will develop the muscles for it

BUT have someone train you how to properly lift (especially power cleans) so that you dont injure yourself.
