Don't use any of those websites...none of them work. The only one that works is the one with the weight vest and the thing for the sneakers. I don't need those though--friend has it. I just do sqauats, power cleans, and toe raises...I've been dunking for a few years now-I'm 16.

yeah don't buy that crap, as above it is all in your leg strength and how fast your fibres are (a genetic thing that is not really changed that much through training) Some people are slow twitch others are fast twitch which enable you to move fast over shorter distances and this would enable you to get the spring to jump higher.
Basically doing weight resistance training, squats, and Jump Push Ups are great. How to Do Jump Push Ups | Expert Village Videos etc. This will enable you to jump higher.

Also, plyometrics work. Those actually do increase the fast twitching fibers in the body. Do plyo, squats, power cleans, and lunges with weights to increase lower body strength/increase twitching fibers.
