I went to the doctor recently and he said I was over weight. I don't have much fat and he said it was probably because I had more muscle than most people my age. But when I looked at the chart, I was at the top near obese.
I'm about 5'9 and weigh 169 lbs. I do Tae Kwon Do and Tennis frequently. My problem is that I seem never lose fat.
It is pretty annoying
Also, how do I increase my Pec muscles? (Pectorals)
BTW I rarely ever do weights.

ur doctor is a ****en retard 5'9" at 169 is overweight what a ****en *****. Anyways **** him dont listen to him but if your really interested in losing fat then you have to burn more calories than you consume. Simple as that. Stay away from carbs/fats. For ur pecs uhhhhh bench press (incline, decline, db bench, and barbell bench) if your really as "muscular" as you say u are u would know that.

Situps/Reverse situps don't do anything for your pecs...wow lol. To get rid of the fat you just need to run every day...that's the most simple/fastest way of losing fat. To gain pecs you need to do bench press and do pushups...

| Finally someone on this thread who said the right thing. Run atleast 2 miles everyday for the rest of your life. Best way to stay fit. It shouldn't take more than 20 min to start and once you get good it should take around 13. Also 5'9" 169 can be over weight depending on your age.

hhhhmmppp...a big prob?..........try to stop eating fat foods........be a vegetarian and have a diet someday ^_^.......and have a regular exercise every day.......
if you don't solve that...maybe your heart be affected that being overweight.....eat plenty.....and enjoy your life..

Vegetarianism has far from anything to do with losing weight, unless you combine it with an extreme phobia for non-meat products.
Just do what everyone here reccomended you, especially the running.
