drinking anything while eating dilutes the acids in your stomach
water is still better than soda
soda's acidity can prevent the nutrients from being absorbed into the body

Nutritionists say don't drink 2 hours before/after your meal, but hardly anybody does that, not even the nutritionists. But if you really DO want to keep your stomach "healthy", don't drink when you eat.

I knew.. and my whole family does it..
I just couldn't be stuffed to do it.. i get thirsty when i eat and i'm not going to die of dehydration! xD
