I don't think it's really based on what you do. Some things may factor your height, but genetic's is the main key. Eating well, exercising is also good.

well u get taller by having tall parents-how i got to be 6'6-by drinking milk, or if u really wanna be tall take human growth hormone or something like that...i have a friend that used something like that and grew like 6 inches in a year...

It's part of your body. It regulates growth and is located in the Pituary Gland, aka. under your armpit, and helps you grow. With out it, you'd be stuck as a baby for the rest of your life. Tall parents do matter. He wasnt being technical but saying that size, among many other things, is hereditary.
