how do you get taller?

It is mostly based on genes... and the ppl who saying masterbating makes u tall... 5' 8 is not tall.. im 6' 2, Lol

more than 60% of how tall u r gonna be is based on genes...i took biology last year in high school so i still remember what i was taught...the environment and what u eat also plays a big part in how tall you are gonna be...and back to the person who said that there brother was taller than their dad-im 2 inches taller than my dad and about 7 inches taller than my mom...but if they were shorter i would be shorter also therefore having a tall family/parents-genetics- plays the biggest part in how tall you are gonna be so dont be stupid and say thats not true

my head hurts on some suggestions people said and he belived them...

nothing you do can make you taller, its all about your genes otherwise people could make themselves big and we wouldnt have guys that are like 5'4 walking around.

It's not all about the genes. I mean, if both your parents are 7 foot, that doesn't mean you'll necessarily be 7feet tall. As long as you eat healthy, and exercise, you'll grow.

it means that your going to be tall though...if ur parents are 5'0 then u are not going to be 7'...

Its 100% genes, eating healthy doesnt mean ****, according to you if you eat healthy one year, you'll grow tall but stop growing if you eat bad the next year even if you havent stop growing yet

I agree it’s mainly genes. But putting health into perspective is also important. If you are malnourished you won’t grow.

Yeah.. North Koreans are extremely short, while their South Korean relatives are about 20cm taller by average.
