why would u work out without weights?The only thing that damages ur growth is benching

Depends on how you run and how much -.-
If you run 4 days a week for 35 minutes you get used to and it wont hurt you anymore.
If no then it will hurt sometimes.
Btw nice list of exercises =]

yes those are all extremly good though this may sound like im telemarketing for like the abking pro or some Sh*T like that but by far if u want definition for ur biceps and core without having to go on diet i think the best way is to get into tricking/freerunning/parkour/handbalancing/acrobatics/breakdancing i do breakdancing and a bit of tricking(Combined form of Martial arts and gymnastics(Flips) ) and its great handstand presses are in the upper body section which is a must it is by far effective for getting definition but im just saying i might just make a vid for some exercises since u guys are probbly thinking im just trying to make myself look good. Oh and Backflips are like the best core exercise by far it uses EVERY muscle In your abs (upper,mid,lower,obliques etc)
