"i wanna be stronger" , take hits, and being able to give more juice to your punch requires many things.. first of all to take hits you do need muscles which you can get within 90 days or less if your really determines with alot of programs out there.. the best one i know is just eating right. and rotate everyday with dumbells and pull ups making ur workout different everyday so your body wont get used to same thing.. and secondly to get "stronger" or make ur punch make the enemy cry like a b-tch you need cardio, stretch, technique (form) , mabye even buy a punching bag if ur that determined .. but this was pretty braud subject

thats just gonna keep his weight down...he has to go to the gym and benchpress 3-4 days a week...then do other exercises the remaining days...
