What song keeps you motivated during work outs?

Well, as this has to do with fitness (working out) I was just wondering what song really keeps you motivated during work outs?

For me, I would have to say "Remember the name" because whenever I'm doing a Cross Country work out, or running 10 hard miles it really gets my mind set and working hard as hell, plus the music takes some of my mind off me being tired so I do better than usual.

Of course there are different songs which I like during work outs also, but that one is the main one

.

Yea, that ones real good also, heck, this coming Monday during practice in the morning the Cross Country team is going to run the Golden Mile, which is a mile, but you have to get a personal record! My record right now is rounded off to 4 minutes and 20 seconds, so I need to run each 400 meters in less than 1 minute and 5 seconds. I'll probably be listening to Eye of the Tiger and Remember the name while I do the Golden Mile, lol.

400 metres in a minute!!! that's slow imo lol...If I ain't mistaken, a proper oval track is 400 metres rite??

requirements in my school is you have 2 b able to run that in around 30 seconds

Your probably talking about a 200 Meter run, in which 30 seconds is extremely slow (Not for most runners, but to me it is), as I run 24 seconds without giving it all I got.

Also, 30 seconds on a 400 Meter run isn't possible at this point. The world record is around 44 seconds, and I run it in 49 seconds, if I was going hardcore competing in a race. Considering that this is a mile though, it would be really *****ic to give it all you got on just the first 400 Meters because then you would be preety much worn-out for the next 3 400 Meter laps.

1 Minute and 5 seconds is my Mile pace for the Mile run right now, which is freakin fast considering not most people can do that, even Cross Country runners.

My point is your track is probably very small because 400 Meters (1 time around on MOST tracks) in 30 seconds is not possible.

I don't know the actual name of this song, but, I don't think too many rappers are smart enough to rap about America's Army. So, I'll post a download link.
