I would like the same layout as the one that is made.

1) Center "Teh" better in the black button with any cool font (The font you select will be the same font as DOME).
2) The splashed paint to be around the text not so much all over the image
3) Same colors as shown greenish* also the text to have glowing neon border, (GIF Animation Glow).

** The glowing border will be the text, Make the inside of the bordered text invisible meaning you can see the regular BG color of the image.

Obviously use the original image that i attached (empty canvas) and save as same type. Thanks Heart if you help me!
