3G iphone will be released to public on July 11. The iPhone accepts any sim card as long as it is unlocked. which we will have to wait abit after the release to find ways to unlock it.

just pay-as-you-go? for $200/£150?

No. You have to activate your AT&T service within the Apple Store.
But I suppose you can run out as fast as you can, out running the police is always fun (GTA 4?).

i heard from a friend of mine that if u wanna buy one you need to get the same plan AT&T has in the states, whether ur in canada they will ahve the same plan or in australia. Only reason of this is because of Unlimited Data. What thats for is you can go on facebook or msn or even GzN Anywhere without Wifi....Thats where the 3G Chip Comes in.
