Is it a console-based movement or a click-to-move movement?

its both. u can change it to just click or move by keyboard (w a s d)

its free to play. but most the time, the servers are full. you can go in the server when tis full by payng for premium. theres also a 'cash shop' but we call it power up store. the power up store costs real money. the power up store isnt for looks just like maplestory, the power up store has items that you can buy with real money such as more exp for a certain amount of time, scrolls that boost your health/defense or attack power.

umm ye the game is f2p and free movement and the game is pretty cool wiht all its items and the skills u can learn ill try to get u a vid

yep it is i actually played ir for like a year b4 i quit it XD it was one of the longest games i played :P and it is pretty cool that u can choose from two races one of them are humans and the otehr are sum sort of ppl that look like orcs :P been a long time since i played it
