oh you mean the beginner helpers quest? that was diabled on the expansion.
theres people with a yellow name. but that means they started the beginner helper quest but never reached 30. you can party with them and get manner points per level up, 2 manner points if theyre 20 ~ 30.
i think the making new account thing is temproraily down.

Does MYKO have the annoying server limit like USKO? If it doesn't I might start playing there. USKO try to force you to buy premium just so you can log in which I find really pathetic.

in the evening (west coast of usa), you can get in easily, any day. but the server 1's are bugged and it opens up at a later time. Official Knight Online World Website - News
