No cheat engine is needed as for the whole wz editing, theirs about 3 posts in the first page that describe/explain on how to go about doing these things. Next time post in the appropriate section. Seeing as you are new please take a look at this section Rules/Faq

If you use your head, If you have a .wz editor why do you need a Cheat Engine? Just use the wz editor and edit.
