okay today I downloaded JMS and made an acount but(yes there a but)when I try to open it ,it says:

This client can be only executed in japanese code-page

But i have the language on my comp like when i say

watashi wa CryptHaku desu yo.
it write me that
私和　CRYPTHAKU です　よ。
So i dont know why it write me that well, imma come back later for answers.. well, imma come back later for answers...

Go to your Language Options and click the Advanced Tab. Make sure the drop down menu is on Japanese. Thats the only way to run MS.

You can also try Applocale from Microsoft. It can you applications in different languages. Japanese is the bottom one of the list!
