I say Cheif Bandit/Shadower At level 120 fourth job, Shadower, you get a skill called assassinate. The damage is uberly high and requires Dark sight.

Paladin (Page) with all kind of charge skills, Blast and Sanctuary can hit up to 999,999 which is the (damage cap). It is so far more than that.. maybe =)
