Well TitanMS doesn't exactly have a developing team... it's mostly just koolk. And LH, you should go email that to matze xD tell him to continue the project until they can actually make it seem like that the actual NEXON Inc. is sueing. (Btw, Nexon stock has gone down from $41 per share to $39 per share recently xD)

i'm just going with if this was real, nexon would want to kill the ppl who own the source since odin is basically where everyone gets code off of. I assume its fake because it states "you have 24 hours to close odinms and its forums" typically its 72hours... but thats just something i picked up that seems fakeish
i also like to mention that nexon has offices not just in california... the one in cali. runs the gms most likey and msea's server is somewhere in singapore. Wizet i'm assuming is in korea, since this is a korean game and wizet started ms first, with the kms. So if u follow the pattern, ems(europe ms)'s server could be in germany...

Nexon USA's headquarters is in California. If they were behind the suit, they'd be asking for payment in US dollars. The European branch, running EMS, is located in London. The US Economy is in a very bad state right now. Making the price in Euros will let Odin be able to pay easier, and it will end up giving NEXON more American dollars, which is obviously why they're sueing in the first place (Stop people who barely buy nx to play private servers)

But the website says they are sueing because they claim Odin stole their code. Now this will be an EXTREMELY easy case for Matze to win because he didn't steal the code. He can prove that easily especially because MapleStory and most other games are written in C++, while OdinMS is written in Java.

New information has come in that NEXON Inc. is sueing them and NEXON is in Cali.

There are too many private servers for Nexon to possibly track down. Plus private servers are in no way illegal because there were no files that were illegally taken and used.

I guarantee that Odin will not be sued because they are not forcing people to pay, they are asking for donations. Just by that I think Odin has won the battle >_> They did not in any way, shape, or form "make" cash, people freely donated to them on their on free will.

Currently though, OdinMS has stopped the making of the repacks so we cannot get updates for v.56, we will have to switch to TitanMS to get updates for v.56, I will be switching to TitanMS also because we will get new maps for the update.

If you read the odin website, you will see that NEXON is actually sueing them, but still, it's an easy case for Odin to win

Yes, wait til they start closing down private servers, if it goes massive, shut down for a while. And if it close, I still think theres ways people sneak through like using it offline.

Of course there will be, NEXON doesn't have access to our LAN and localhost, and if they do break in, we sue them back for everything they got.

We SHOULD be massive downloading repacks and their sources now... just to have it handy.
