Once Private server has been created i think those who create it would take suggestion's from Members about Drop rate and EXP Rate and Numerous Stuff that they would like to be added.

No. its not going to be hosted on someone's crappy computer.
Im planning to get either a VPS or dedicated hosting.

I would suggest the rates to be somewhat low, and remove rebirths so people aren't complaining about losing skills and so you don't get max hacker logs of high damage.

50/100/30 would be good

50x exp is good, 100x meso so people can buy things, and 30x drop (or lower) so your inventory doesn't get messed up with equips.

Also, I'll GM the server xD BearHugsMS has gotten boring to me when all you do is kill skeles at level 14x.

If you choose a C++ source, I can do a bit of coding, but if you choose Java, I'll probably only be able to do NPCs and that kind of easy stuff.

odin Source is what Runs on Java and Titan is on C++, Me and my Partner are thinking of RUnning on Odin.

Im currently learning Java right now, so most likely it would be on Odin.
