I'd say filefront is the best... but how does all 3 not work for you? From what I know, those are the only places to find it. Wolfy's site used to have it and you'd be able to dl it 1.5mbps til it was shut down.

i knew a site where you can download 0.55 but i'm lazy to find =) it's some other server web, anyway since mediafire cut down to 100mb max so the best uploader should be filefront, i can't download from rapidshare and megaupload will take time to download
