Is there anyway to make a lower level character wear a higher level equip?, cuz I have this low level characater, I'd like to scroll stuff with, cuz i made a +4 Sapphire Staff 3 10%'s, lol.

No, there isn't a way. The level requirement is solid, it cannot be "bypassed'. Ask a friend to help you, or level up the character.

nope you just have to get to the lvl then you can wear it.
