Alright lets start off by saying hello my name is coold21.
I am not new to the forums or hacking i just kinda kept all my skillz to my self.

The first thing you will need for your .wz file editing is a folder to keep all of ur stuff together.
Place the newly made folder to your destop.
finish??good. lets move on...

Now you will need to download these three things

learnme.py+config.txt
1.)This file nds to be extracted right to ur maple story folder this thing here allows you to find the pointer of the Skill.wz,Mob.wz etc... C:/Nexon/Maplestory(default directory)
RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

Ihex
2.) this file should goto your new folder. this handy program allows you to edit thw .wz files
Maple Story - IHex v097

Adventure Island(Maple Dump)
3.)last file you will need is Maple dump. Also put this inside ur new folder. this allows you to see what is inside those little .wz files
Maple Story - Adventure Island v2

alright now tht part is done will need to extract and install maple dump and ihex

to make things easier ur should make a shortcut for Ihex and Maple dump and put the shortcuts inside that new folder

ok. now we need to find out what we want to edit
use this website----> Sauna : GMS @ 00040 : Skill Search

on this website you will have to pay close attention
now you are ready lets select a skill
i will be using magic claw for this TUT

goto the book you want to use i will be going to the Intro to Magic book for magic claw


now when we are inside look for this in the address bar (book=200)


now click on (detailed) next to magic claw and look at the address bar for ur next code



now we are done with this website i advise you to save it to ur favorites(bookmark)the paage you will need it if you want to continue with your editing.

now oped up ur maple dump and follow the instructions below
WAIT I Forgot to tell yall to make a backup of any of the .wz files you plan on editing never delete the original files
alright lets continue


browse-select skills.wz from your maplestory directory but my advise to you is make a copy of the file for testing purposes-open

now we move on
follow the instructions in the picture and u will be fine





you now close maple dump

almost to the editing goto your maple story folder

jsut one thing you forgot too add *not to down your tut* but jsut cuz you'll get alot of questions on it.
when your done the step where u find the mapledump numbers and etc. click save html and it'll save a stat copy in the mapledump folder for you why? because if you try to open python with IDLE while having maple dump open at the same time your gonna run into searching errors later on. jsut something u may wanna edit there, im sure you knew just forgot.

you dont really have to save your number you found in maple dump its just there to help you stay organized. Python and mapledump will never effect each other you just have to make sure you change Python setting so it can search for what you want

EDIT: The answer is yes, and it works, but whenever I shoot 10 arrows, none of them do damage =O. (I don't lose arrows either )

alright to answer yall questions this is SS on pservers but CS on real server

and also are you playing a private server if not it will not work or it may be that you cant use the 10 arrow shot but i know for a sure that this works perfectly on a private server as you can see in the pic i am killing the monsters

learnme.py+config.txt link not working it says no file are found anyway this only can edit skills? can edit others like scrolls passing rate and stats? like if add 1 ap to HP normal are about 80 hp can change it to 800 or somthing?

can others see the effect we attacking?

wat do u mean scrolls like item?? if so yes it can , o and the link is working, and others can see you using these skills on other servers

i tried to hook up with private server OdinMS the other night and the instructions on getting the private server were 1. annoyingly long and 2. the person explaining was not clear at all. coold21 which private server are you on, cuz it'd be neat if i could take all these codes and edit them wihtout restriction from the real MS and jsut give it a shot on a private MS. pm me it if you want. thanks again.
