Im assuming you have to be the level to wear it, but if you don't have the stats (i.e it required 500 luk, you only had 450, but your level is the same) you can wear it.

Don't talk crap Nipple, I am sure we both know that is client sided. You add stats to equips, change the requirements, lvl etc.but it does nothing to the actual item. This is a sad attempt at scamming people and I would expect more from one of the "veterans" of this website.
