my friend's having a problem with his maplestory, when he runs it, the screen turns black, and u can hear the music.. but somehow it just stays there(black screen) and never goes on to log in screen or anything.

Yes you can hack at Premium Road, however remember, Premium Road is only available for MapleSea players at the moment (From what I know).

ooooh oh well idc i dont go to internet cafes anyways and dont even know where one is it just looked interesting that it was called "premium road"

how do you even get into internet cafe 0.o

you can't get into a cafe cause there free, to get into the virtual place in kerning you need to be in a internet cafe, theres different places, its like a place with a lot of computers or just a wireless signal being given out.

you would have to go to that place, a wireless labtop can't reach a 20 mile signal.

I think you are wrong, I believe that the Internet Cafe is only open when GM activates it. Its for MapleSEA only and its not based on location. Its completely based on the fact that a GM may or may not open it up as an event.

Then why would GMS have an internet cafe in Kerning City?

it could probably be used for 2 events etc..., cause i have played msea and they have opened it for gm events.
