ai after month of researching... i got something to tell you all
Maplesea and mapleglobal is just the same game. So, why i should waste my time searching for maplesea server while the global server is everywhere right now.
Second, there a patch for global that included maplesea map .Shanghai for example.
Conclusion, 10 july 2008 , i downloaded mapleglobal ,odinms and titanms. Now i am a gm and i very happy to save a year to train my char to lvl 200.
Administrator please delete this thread cause there is no use in creating maplesea server and i encourage people to use global instead. Thank you to everyone for their respond although some are quite nonsense.

The were temp no idea for msea pserver cuz there were no supported server file yet
I mean the localhost the jar and whatever like the odinms based file titanms ir odinteh
there dont have msea file
so no way for msea pserver...YET
