Someone said something about an RS ban?
I recently got back into Neopets, and I was thinking about RSing....But someone said there is an RS ban. Could someone go into more detail on this? Is it just the thing that stops you from refreshing shops? Or have they improved on it since the last time I RSed(Like 2 years ago)
