They can, they have and will. Don't know what to say except don't infringe copyright laws and have a ToS saying you can't access website if you are affiliated with neopets.

hacking neopets ruins the game. why are u guys playing neopets in the first place. try games such as 'rakion', 'gunbound' and mayb even runescape. their more for 'thrill seekers' :P
