Therefore what it means is, that this will stop or heavily reduce you having issues such as browser(tool for internet navigation) slowness (this is where it doesn't go so fast), freezing (where the browser stops responding{doing anything}), or crashing (the the browser breaks down and must be forced to turn off).
The details on how it works is at the link, but I'm not going to steal their actual content. It stopped my browser(too for internet navigation) from crashing.
I hope this explanation has been enlightening, and once again I'm sorry I used such technical wording in my previous posting that it's not understandable to a non-technical oriented user.
