It actually helps to keep the site going, improving the site, and covering the expenses. If you think this is a money making method, then you are sadly mistaken, if I have 5 programs made, I may spend up to $1000. Am not interested in making money off this site since 250$ is quite frankly nothing compared to what you could make. No, I'm not snubbing your idea.

I don't care about money at all (some people might think 250$ is worth joining this "team"). But I do care about learning more, and helping people learn. I hope you will think about making the UG sections more active and maybe "Programmers Lounge" active again. If you are able to do these things, I would be very happy to join and I'm sure I have a lot to contribute, as well as a lot to learn.

1 thing about your idea here.. You say people must hand over source code. Not many people will be happy to do that. Not only will they be giving over their methods (including possible protection methods) but also there is the issue of leaks, etc. etc. More advanced coders will be very reluctant to hand over source code, I think you will find in general.

I will check back at GzN every now and again to see the status of the UG's + this team.

Actually another thing, I am unclear about whether this is a team of individuals or a team made up of individuals. That is, will people work together or separately ? If it is together, then I am pretty sure it will not work. Working together only works if the 2 people either code completely different parts or if they are quite equally matched in skill level or the project is very very big (so they can work in different parts). Otherwise, it will end up being someone who works a lot and another who leeches a lot. I could be wrong, but I am very, very sure about this.

I was wondering if you got my apply, and if it was acceptable. Like I stated, I also don't care about money, I really only want to learn, that would be more valuable than a paycheck.

Programmers team will be started back up and lots of the applicants will be placed into the coders usergroup.

Source code will only be handed to myself and not to the other coders. This will be discussed per project as well.

This team of programmers I am choosing will be working on projects individually, however they have the options to bounce ideas off each other and discuss things, but they will all be working on individual projects unless they team up on their own.

All applications have been received and saved. I have receive many applications, and am still receiving several good ones a day, so i'll wait until that number slows down, then ill start short listing.

hhhmmmppp............sounds interesting, how can i receive some various projects......and how can i make a project without telling about this thing......i don't care about the money......i just want to improve my skills in programing......especially creating some programs that can use in some other ways..........just like making hack and bots for gaming and application..........i hope that you let me join in your team.....i just want to improve my knowledge and skills in programing........thank you....
