to play in wi fi you only need the wireless router, and in your wii in the options go to wi fi and configure your conecction is so easy, and you can receive and download channels and other cool things

wait for the new battlefield game it coming soon out it would be great xD I do not know if it will be a wii game to if the think lets try something new like bring bf3 to wii than you can buy it xD
other wish just buy bf3 and play it on your pc xD

Yeah definitely Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Mario Kart Wii is okay though it isn't as good as the Double Dash and does have a few downsides to it (like the POW block and no Bom Omb battle)
Resident Evil 4 is also one I would strongly recommend especially if you haven't played it already. It has awesome monsters and the puzzles are pretty simple.
You could possibly get Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles which is sort of like a arcade shooter type game ( it's on-rail meaning you don't move the character) but some people might think it's a waste of money.
No More Heroes is a game that i haven't played before but it looks interesting, got high scores from Gamespot, and I think you can use your controller as a sword.

Brawl as an arcade-type game, Super Mario Galaxy as an RPG, and Mario Party 8 if you get friends playing xD (But you can use brawl for that as well.)

and since you like FPS then maybe red steel. its got a good story line and thers also sword fighting in it too xD
