[Help] How to install the OS Vista

Please help me about operating system installation. Now my computer is in XP windows, I wanted to install the Vortex Vista 3rd Generation (RED). If i were to format my pc, how do I install that OS Vista. To tell you honestly im just practicing, so that i will learn

Can your computer burn CDs/DVDs? If so, download and fire up Nero, and grab yourself some blank DVDs from your local supermarket (CDs if you wish, but preferably DVDs) and burn the Windows files to the DVD. Once done, format, then insert the DVD in, then the Windows Vista setup should boot up.

If your computer can't burn CDs, then it's tough luck for you.
