I founda good program that will let you do basically the same thing that TopDesk does, but this is FREE!!!

Careful with that program, it crashed a pentium 4 laptop I was on. (Crashed it while I was using it).

OH maybe you dont have enough memory ram but who knows.. it was working fine on mines but i got bored of it already

Trust me, the only other thing I had running was msn, had lots of memory to spare.
Thanks for contributing though, I came across this program a few months ago, but I didn't post it because I wasn't sure of its stability (it was made around the release of win2k, so it might not work well on xP.

You have to be using windows live messenger, not msn messengers.
Alternatively you could go here and download your own messenger skins:
