How can i get an animated avatar/signature and what tools do i need for it? If so please post the links.

Thanks, and the reason i posted it in this section is because i was actually ina really big hurry and i kina don't know where else to post it, i did try the shoutbox and got no reply towards me.

Uhm..I think you actually need Adobe Image Ready. There's a trial on the adobe website.

You can create an animated avatar/signature HERE. Just click "Create an Animated Signature", it works for both avatar and sig.

P.S - It uses Photoshop (CS2 OR CS3).

How do i animate that in photoshop CS3?
I couldn't really read it, my internet has been shaped down to a 64 kbps connection.
