Hi all.
I saw a RO player that modified his shield,made it slots [2].
He wasn't the server admin and didn't have a GM account.
So there is a way to do it? I was thinking about .grf data extractor but dunno..

even u change in ur data folder it will be just client side = P

Try use WPE Pro to make it server side. But it was not easy because u must know the packet id before u can send it to server  |
