I saw many ppl can upgrade +9 +10 armor easily..I wonder how they do that...is there any program can make us see the sucess rate of the upgrade armor?@@ I need some help from trinity server ppl that can tell mi some guide. Thanks

Actualy it all depend on luck. But for me,i get some buff from priest and bS still before i upgrade my weapon. And when i fail 1 times,i will disconnect and enter the game vack with all the buff and try again. It make my rate of success become around 70% and i use 20 jur[3] to get 4 +10Jur[3]

weapon is easier to upgrade..but armor is harder..program is the best T__T

upgrading is dependant on 3 things
#1 Luk of your character
(base luk+ added stats from cards and equips help)
#2 The job level of your character
(If your server has a custom job level, like 500, you can easily cheat the upgrade)
#3 Black/white Smith Ranking (If ranked #1, you will have bonus upgrade success)
#4 Rand_ (Random function of eathena)

I've read about the eathena Random function (Rand_) which is based off the C++ function, or maybe it was VB? Either way when the random function is called for in a scripted command that the random value is determined by sound. In a summed up form, for someone to actually be able to manipulate this function, they would need to control all the sound in the universe. Kind of blows your mind when you think about it doesnt it?

Theres been 3 versions of this eathena refiner NPC btw.
First version was very basic and you could manipulate the success via packets.
Second's default would allow to select and upgrade a +1 shirt, but then swap out with the +4 or higher weapon or armor and never fail.
Third version has switched to the random function and is not possible to cheat yet by my knowledge.

DEX 99
INT 99
STR 25
INT 1
AGI 1

AND 7 FOUR CLOVER...TO GET LUCK..HAVE EFFECT... I ALAWAY GET QE+7=80% QE+8=50% +9=25% +10=10% BOOTS,PLATE MAIL,CHAIN MAIL,BUCKLER,SHOSEFORMAL SUIT.................

Yes u can but u need to edit the packet first.
