The staff on the lowrate team are aiming for an official kRO feeling.
Weapon and armor breaking is implemented. There is no healer, job changer or reset npc. We have implemented a warper NPC but only to towns and PVP, no dungeons. The server is fully updated and running on a strong connection, users will experience no lag. WoE 2.0 is implemented but until we have a larger player base only one castle in Prontera will be accessable.

The midrate server is being run by Oceanic staff. WOE will be set to accomodate ocenanic players. Jobchanger, Dungeon warper, Reset, Card remover and Healer are all implemented.
