Sorry for being the 1 out of 1000 rakion hacking noobs but I'm used to back in the day hacking where you just get the Puma UCE and go and change a number. When I download Thunder(I turned off anti-virus before I did) and I open moonlight.exe, I get an error that says
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
Someone mind helping me?

ON-Topic: Don't get your hopes up for everything. Because it's unfixable. As far as i know. Running it as administrator/going on the administrator account doesn't work.
