About the cells getting weaker beyond a certain level, I think most cells dont get stronger beyond lvl 40 or so but the old ones do. The original dragon, golem, taurus. White naks only seem to be gaining more health, which is still pretty good I guess.

btw i think evrytime they lvl up , they get stronger but its like stat point , till lvl 50 normal , then lower till 75 , and after 75 and more , agine lower stat will be added , like 1/1 till 50 , and from 50-75 1/2 , and from 75 to 99 1/4 ?!
im not sure but i think its like this...
