hmmmm for one i think it doesn't matter any more considering people can now restage over and over to get to high lvl or just freaking use gold/cash to get cells to 99 and new event use the 30+ event cores you get to get all your stuff to +15 whats the point any more.

If you didn't hack, howd you get your cells to that lvl? In order to reach that lvl a cell needs about as much xp as a character needs to get to lvl 99.
