Hi! I'm a moderator of another forum and I'm sorry if this isn't allowed here and please delete this thread if its not, but I'm just wondering where can I find mods stuff like the shout out box, vbux + the whole vsystem thing, and other cool things to add to a forum to make it different from other forums. Would a place to look be here: phpBB • Modifications database
or is there a better place you guys can recommend? Thanks

I am guessing it is for PHPBB and if that is the case you were at the right site. if your using VB then there is vb.org best place to search for other stuff is through google.
