i'm new on vista... how do i open cmd as administrator...(i know about basics and i wont fuxor my pc...just new on vista)

log off press 2 times ctrl+alt+del and then login with administrator..

Rule 1 on super administrator: Do not mess with it. You can try to install ubuntu on it (go to the ubuntu site (google) download it, and bun it on a cd, put cd in computer and run, select install/live cd, follow instructions, reïnstall vista) and if that doesn't work you migh have a computer store in your city, they usually can help you.
