well ppl will say that i copied sacredblack and i should as permission from him or same bla bla but its a bit different than him just a bit and it will get u stat hack + move speed attack speed and its 100% and even easy tut than him of here i start
TUT BEGINS
1.Download The WORKING UCE from here
[New UCE] MoonLight Engine Re 1196.4.0.4
Download Hypercam from here:

2.Now extract it.Open the folder and u will see Systemca11retriever.exe double click it then press Yes then OK don change anything.
Now double click systemca11signal.exe it will say "there is a error and he wont tell" don mind just click ok.
Now double click the MoonLight Engine 1196.reg(to add reg items to registery to unload all the setting click Clear MoonLight Engine 1196.reg)
Now Open MoonlightEngine.exe(the smiply face)
3.Open hypercam and change its setting to as follows
4.Now open rakion launcher put id and pass click start game just when the GRAY BOX disappears click the computer with colour around it
and after the mage with nprotect system goes select the 2nd rakion.bin.

5.Now Change the Value type to text and in value type "Gold Ring(1+)" same way means no "gold ring(1+)"
Note:-if u are enough fast or u don't know about UCE and all just after the "initialize model data" comes click First scan
if u did this skip to 8
other do next step
6.Now let the game start go to inventory and press F4 and as we did superb settings in hypercam it will give a error "Could'nt start video compression" HEHE this way game is minimized PERFECT.

7. Click First Scan the newbie's others follow next step
8.Now u will get a result in the left side some time u may even get 3 results don worry right click and click "browse memory region" check which one looks like this.

9.Now after you know found out which looks like this ok now wht u have to do is change the 2nd last letter to 9 in all the values as shown
NOTE:- Except the values /XXX (x can be anything)change them to /555 always TO mention this is attack speed and move speed its not 100% u get a result but many times u will get it +2.44 both its nice man.
10.Now Go back into game check Gold Ring(1+) it would show stats as shown
result see i was unable this time to get move speed and attack speed
11.If it doesn't shows the value -25000 or something near it you have to do the next step $-(
12.Now Comes the part of luck its not 100% u get a result but there is a way to get them.If u don get the result by changing 2nd last value to 9. Do the Next Step.
13.Bah its a bit difficult but yes here is the representation of values.Now press F4 again go to moonlight then memory view and and change the second last value from 0-8 all as shown.

14.Now go into game check if any of the stats have the value of -25000 or something if yes for eg i found that Cell destruction has value -25000 in game so again press F4 go to moonlight then memory view and change all the second last values to "3" which was the value of Cell destruction
15.Now atlast you will do this to the values and get these Stats few $-|

NOW EVEN DOING ALL THIS YOU DON GET THE VALUES ITS A BAD LUCK FOR YOU RESTART YOUR PC IF U SO DESPERATELY WANT STAT HACK OR PLAY NORMALLY. Any other problem ask here

NOW SOME THINGS TO MENTION:- THE LAST VALUES WHICH I DINT MENTIONED IN STEP NUMBER 13. (EXCEPT /XXX) REPRESENT CP CONSUMPTION , CHAOS POINT , CHAOS TIME to get those values you have to change both the last digits randomly it takes time and you may do a mistake and get Dc so i wont prefer but if u have time do it.
