If you got a virus or trojans etc.. then I will suggest some programs that people usually use. (Popular Ones As well)
Remember, not all virus scanners do detect some viruses, so... don't blame me if you still got a virus? 
Well, I only came up with 3 good ones, I wouldn't recommend Norton Anti Virus though o.O"

Hey Mysterio, maybe you should tell them "HOW TO NOT GET A VIRUS" in the first place
Here's some tips from me
--------------------------
1. Scan any files that seems suspicious before running/opening it on your computer.
Why?
Because some virus infects your system when you open them
Thats all I could think of, maybe someone can add on ^^?

I suggest before you download anything, scan it with Online malware scan.

I didn't want to just to put the names because if I did, people will have to open another browser/tab, instead they can just download from RapidShare =/
But yeah, scan the file on Online Malware Scan site, but if you get infected by something, just scan your computer with programs I suggested + the ones you use
As well, I will add on to this, like maybe tomorrow after school for me. And yeah I will add on to.. how NOT to get viruses in first place
