Hmm, not that I've never played RIS but since I abandon it merely a long time ago, I'm not so sure if Black Dragon is still purchasable for any Rakion.
In that case, you're right...... Black Dragon is still not available for RSS (I really wonder when they are gonna update it as we are far left behind from RIS?)
Anyway I'm sure the Team is going to release the Black Dragon Cell feature once it becomes available for RSS soon enough...<><>...
