Okay, since there have been people who are a little skeptic about my 3k+ trade hack, i've decided to release this tutorial. the 3k+ trade hack works by stopping the updating process so you are able to use old runescape files. these files are either located in the folder "C:\.jagex_cache_32\runescape" or "C:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32\runescape".

NOTE: the old files are not being released. and dont ask for them either.

WHAT YOU NEED:
-WPE PRO
-Net Suspender (or any other program that can stop all in/out connections) [optional, use if you have slow reflexes.]
-any web browser (ex. Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc.)
-basic knowledge on hooking api calls OR knowledge on creating packet filters in WPE PRO. (i suggest the first method)


HOW TO DO IT:
1. open net suspender. open wpe, and connect to your web browser. load up the runescape homepage. on the world select screen. be ready to activate net suspender at the right time.
2. when you see the runescape applet, activate net suspender so that it disables all connections. the runescape applet will keep retrying to connect to the server.

3. start to log the packets with wpe pro. reenable the connection.

4. you will see around 7 packets being sent and received as shown in the picture:


5. in the picture, you will see 7 packets that checks if the runescape files are fully updated. packets 1, 3, 4, and 7 are packets sent from the runescape server to the runescape applet. (might create another guide about it when i get bored.)

packets 2, 5, and 6, however are packets sent from the applet to the server. to stop the updating process, all you need to do is modify the first byte in the 7th packet to 03. (to see the actual ascii version of the byte, use alt code 03 [not 3]) if the applet needs to be updated, the first byte in the 7th packet would be 08 (if i remember correctly...).

6. so to prevent runescape from updating, hook the send() api so that on the 7th packet, the first byte is 03. doing this, you will be able to use your own un-updated files.

and again:
NOTE: i will not release the files to trade more than 3k!


great, now my back hurts from writing this tutorial... gonna get some sleep. this better have helped someone, since i released a tut on one of the most secret things on runescape hacking!

lmao this wont work, my friend already new tried this

if u send the old packets in, ur runescape will crash, cause of all the changes

is u send the packet in, runescape will automaticlly disconnect rite when u un net suspend
this is just a piece of ****
u wont release the files cause if u do, ppl will noe it wont work

w/e, he probably did it wrong.. it works for me though. and every time the runescape applet updates, the updating packets is the same. and net suspend does not cause runescape to crash.

Whats the max you can get? Like specify 3k "+"

its supposed to be just like when there was no 3k limit, but it doesnt work
