well i think it's just a waste of money to really be a member on any website unless it's different then game in the end you don't get anything do you all that happens is like zezima well i am only a 11 year old and i have never been a member and i am a lvl 85, anyway i could become a member but i think it's waste of my time i think i should be learning instead of pleying games but i don't play runescape anymore i play wolfteam and rakion i haven't been a member on those game as well.I have quited runescape and only go o it some times.

Edit:I forgot to mention thats it's your choice in becoming a member or not.

no way dont be a member i paid membership for such a long time and then i got hacked on rs jagex perm muted me and now im pissed i paid membership

in my own opinion don't waste your money on a game on which the Customer support is automated and is completely unjust. Heres an example:

I quit Runescape after being a member for what 2 years, around January this year, A friend asks me to go back on cos i owed him money...lol. Guess what 10 black marks and banned for Using "third party software". Well that was utter bull . Know why? cos it said that i was caught on the 23rd of May AM. I know for sure no one had used it simply because you simply couldn't guess my password or find it out. I Used the appeal, and i got the response " you have repeatedly committed offenses with no sign of change" (well something like that) So yes if you want to waste $5 on a game which makes excuses to Ban your characters. (same thing happened to a friends skill pure, who was with me all the time he leveled) oh well. Just my opinion. Bit of a rant but go for it if you really want it.

Every1 has its own unique taste of games. So, telling, that Gunz or similar crap is beter than rs is just stupid. I'm not telling that Rs is beter than other games, but for me... well i prefer rs than Gunz for example.

And going back to to thread topic, it's ur own f..... decision to be member or not. Why any1 should make decisions instead of u? If u like Rs, then go and try it out. Im sure u wont die even if u spend those 5 bucks and find out that being a member is a piece of sh.... .

You should if you have money. I recently became member with like 250k gold and then I couldnt buy almost anything since most of the stuff for members are expensive. I should have become after i got like 1mil.

Most of the member stuff is more expensiver cause it looks better and is aimed at higher levels for example like dragon longsword is for 60 attack and way better then rune.

Actually being a member on rs is fairly fun,because of events/new equipment. I think that being a member is fun depending on your game preferences.
