WAYYYYYYY OFF, the account would be around 50$.

and 91 wc is an easy thing when it comes to how many ppl bot for 99 in multiple skills, and sell the accounts for 20$.

Actually you are wrong, a level 91 woodcutter is worth around 30-40 dollars.
As it stands the mask ups the value of the account.
If I were you, I Would sell the items separately as there is a greater chance that you will get more money.
