i don't know for sure if it is 100% sure to not get banned, but it will certanly be much lower chance of you getting banned since they hope you will buy more silk on the acc.

It's just use at your own risk xD.

Most of the times, it doesnt matter whether you spent money on the game or not, they will still ban you. Sometimes, they just let you go, but those are some rare cases..
