Well To make Private Server is Possibel and Done but those man's who made this Postet only pics of their Private server and they wont publish it.
A page Called Levelme.ne~T is saying Now that they got a private server too
but they wont publish becausee the publisher wont get in jail or whatever.
Also in a few words.
Private Server is a dream, dream it and while dreaming try to connect "due server traffic"
just because one suc*s and wont publish and other sucks all the way.
Now the page is offline i dont know why just have a look on it If they didn't scamm all the people and made a emu for real they are the ony.
*Edit: ALL other servers are Scamm and doesn't exist also don't download any Emu its virus I tried all. And only those two can/ have made it. And won't Publish Both

levelme doesnt have a private server they "trying" to make one. lol@ the people who donated such noobs.
