To make a GIF file... Use paint or photoshop or something then get Image Converter (google it) and then convert the file to GIF format.

yah i have those program i mean CsPhotoshop and the GIF creator. but i forgot to start it again  how sad.
Also i wanted a GIF file that show they are moving like Macromedia Flash i wanted to attach it to my avatar. if i have my owned GIF file

Ok, what you want to do is to create a moving avatar right? Well, i'll find you the tutorial link for that. (It's done in Adobe Photoshop). It's HERE, Just click on "Create an Animated Signature". It works for both avatar and sig.

Just go to photoshop > Open the image/avatar/banner you want > Save As > Change file to GIF
