you can make hacks in c/c++, assembly, masm32 and you can also make a hack on UCE (undetected cheat engine)... but first, you need to learn all of them!

First of all it is NOT easy, it will take you 1month+ to learn dependig on your learning speed. But if you truely want to learn then these are three choices for learning a programming *language* C++ Visual Basic 8
Delphi:Must find a crack for it ^.^
I use Visual Basic 8, and Dephi. For a starter like you i would recommend vb.
